Courtney — Early Childhood Leader

Courtney is a passionate early childhood educator with 15 years of experience working with children and families. Her journey in early childhood education began in the classroom, where she discovered how meaningful it is to be part of a child’s earliest years of learning and development. Over the years, Courtney has grown into leadership roles and developed a true passion for supporting not only children and families, but also the teachers and educators who make a difference every day.

Courtney believes that a successful school is built on strong relationships—with children, families, and one another. As a leader, her goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and loved, families feel heard and supported, and teachers feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to do what they do best.

Known for leading with her heart and believing strongly in teamwork, Courtney understands that the little moments often make the biggest difference. She is grateful to have a career she genuinely loves and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families each day.

Outside of Magical Beginnings, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, making memories with her two daughters, and embracing all things fall.
